|We invite you to become a member of a vibrant arts organization. The Society was founded in 1927 by a small group of artists and craftspeople who wanted to create a space to exhibit and sell works of art, and also to help others understand and appreciate fine art. The Society operates its own gallery and is a non- profit organization with hundreds of members.
Exhibiting Artists members have the opportunity to exhibit in eight member (juried and non-juried) shows, two open shows and rent gallery space for Marin Open Studios, either one or both weekends, during the membership year and will receive our monthly newsletter The Palette. Artists accepted into the juried Spring and Fall Rental shows will have their artwork placed in the rental gallery. Stagers and art lovers can rent the works and the Artist earns income and potential sales. Learn more by going to our Rental Gallery page.
Associate Members will receive invitations to monthly exhibits and our monthly newsletter.
For all members providing their email address, items of interest will be sent as they occur.
